The Carver is another timeless McTavish design, continually under development, with constant input from the McTavish team. The Carver now has more defined nose concave and bevels, a slightly deeper double concave tail, and a tweaked McTavish rocker profile. The perfect all-round mid-length for your favourite beach or reef break.

It's engine is a stiff-rockered zone with double-concaves right under your feet in a turn, and the front fins are pulled right up under your back foot, supplying speed, acceleration, looseness and comfort all from the one generous sweet-spot. The front section is light and bevelled, giving that real Shortboard feel, yet enabling fast easy paddling. The ideal design! Just surf it like a Shortboard, but with a massive wave-count.
